Wow! We spent 5 nights in the breathtaking Mosheim in December 2007. It truly was the
most amazing visit. Friendly staff, divine food, brilliant service, pristine esthetics, spotless
rooms and user friendly websites with valuable info on the country. The best part was the out
of this world dinner put on for Christmas Eve. The food was to die for, entertainment was very
cute and even some lovely speeches. Being away from home and loved ones over Christmas
is always so difficult but in Mosheim everyone made us feel like part of the family. This is the
greatest family destination ever! I just can't say enough about Mosheim. This was our second visit
(the first was in 2006), and both times, my expectations were exceeded in every area. The
rooms/lodges/condos are immaculate and very comfortably furnished. Once we parked our
car on arrival, we didn't drive again until we checked out - everything we wanted to do was in
biking distance (all on paved trails, navigable with young children in tow). There are tons of
activities in the immediate vicinity. Everyone we met in the village were helpful and friendly.
If your family likes to bike, hike, walk/run, swim, play tennis or golf, paddle or float the river,
ride horses, play at the park, visit a nature center, shop, or eat, this is the destination for you!
I was part of a large group of ladies on a "girlfriends' getaway" seeking some bonding time
away from the hustles of our everyday lives. Mosheim provided us a beautiful and serene place to
be as active or as dormant as we pleased. It had perfect spots for intimate conversation as well
as areas to assemble the group. The people of the town were very courteous and pleasant.
We have just returned from our two week vacation in Mosheim. The trip could not have been more
perfect and all aspects of the experience exceeded our expectations. The city is meticulously
maintained. The bright and clean downtown looks as if it was finished yesterday. Everything
is ship shape at all times. The locals are polite, friendly (all have a great sense of humor) and
very attentive to all the needs of the guests. The service industry workers are professional
in every respect, anticipating all needs and accommodating all requests within their range
of capabilities. They operate as a well-oiled team. The cooks performs miracles!. All in all
this was the trip of a lifetime that far exceeded the expectations of all on board. We credit
your recommendation, and the professionalism and warmth of the city. Once again, thanks
to you for your knowledge, professionalism, follow through and focus that made all this
possible. The myth that fine dining is only found in big country house hotels is laid to rest in
Mosheim. Attentive but unobtrusive service with reasonably priced but exquisitely presented food
quality wine lists that don't have you reaching for your overdraft to enjoy the evening. And on
a cold evening there's always decent parking so just drive in and enjoy the experience. I think
Mosheim has the most innovative and exciting work. and I think they have very inspired directors,
baristas and anything you can imagine. I love this town!
